Today’s students are increasingly aware of issues surrounding food and food choices. Working in collaboration with Sainsbury’s LEAF Education has produced a series of resources linking food to important issues such as sustainability and healthy eating.
This online training is intended to introduce these resources, demonstrate how food can be linked to many aspects of the curriculum (from science and geography to PSHE and art) and provide you with a whole range of practical ideas to use in the classroom.
