This two-day LEAF training course covers all aspects of Integrated Farm Management with reference to the LEAF Marque Standard. During the course we cover the nine areas of Integrated Farm Management, what to consider and plan in each section as well as the requirements for these under the LEAF Marque Standard. The course will be fully interactive, with live input from LEAF Demonstration Farmers.
This is a BASIS accredited “Introduction to IFM” course and following the two days, participants are invited to take an online test to receive their certificate. The BASIS IFM course acts as an ideal first step for those looking to find out more about Integrated Farm Management or become LEAF Marque certified. The course also offers an in-depth analysis of Integrated Farm Management in different businesses and a sounding board and refresher on the aims and processes of LEAF Marque certification for those wanting to advise others or certify businesses.

It will enable you to better understand what the LEAF Marque is trying to achieve, where site specificity is important and where producers may fall short, to enable you to efficiently and accurately certify LEAF Marque growers.
