The Regen Academy

Practical. Global. Farmer led.

Home / The Regen Academy

Launching later in 2026, the Regen Academy will be a new digital learning space and inclusive community of practice for farmers and the wider industry, focusing on regenerative agriculture. It will draw on LEAF’s 35 years of expertise in Integrated Farm Management and our established reputation as a trusted convenor of farmers, researchers, advisers and supply‑chain partners. The Regen Academy will bring this experience together in one accessible, global hub designed to support evidence‑led decision‑making about regenerative practices.

Putting regenerative agriculture into practice.

Regenerative agriculture can mean different things to different people – but the Regen Academy will focus on knowledge-sharing and application, rather than advocacy. It will showcase how and why regenerative principles are being used on real farms, across diverse soils, climates, sectors and business models. Farmers will find honest insights into what’s working, what’s challenging and what trade‑offs look like in the real world. Supply‑chain sustainability teams, ESG managers and advisers will be able to understand the practical implications of regen at commercial scale. The content will remain grounded in LEAF’s Integrated Farm Management approach – where actions are interrelated, site-specific and support the business’s economic viability through continuous improvement.

What to expect.

In its first year, the Regen Academy will keep things simple and practical. Expect a curated set of global case studies, farm‑led examples, short explainer resources and webinars featuring farmers, scientists and advisers with expertise, and experience of the regen principles. In addition, there will also be in-person events and farm visits. The focus will be on sharing knowledge that is immediately useful: how current approaches are working; how farms have adapted practices; how they’ve tackled soil health, weeds, pests or nutrient challenges; and how their decisions balance environmental ambition with commercial reality. Content will expand over time into differing formats/CPD pathways, directories and further learning resources.

Who it’s for.

The Academy will be designed first and foremost for farmers and growers looking for credible, practical guidance on regenerative agriculture based on real experience and robust scientific evidence. It will be relevant to advisers, agronomists, consultants and supply‑chain sustainability leads who need clarity and evidence to support transition plans. Researchers, educators and collaborators will also find it a valuable space for sharing insights, understanding gaps in knowledge and contributing to a global, practice‑led community for regenerative farming.
