Update to LEAF Mar­que Sys­tem Rules

We have made a slight update to the LEAF Mar­que Sys­tem Rules to clar­i­fy how cer­ti­fi­ca­tion data may be shared in spe­cif­ic circumstances.

These changes ensure greater trans­paren­cy and align­ment with our Data Pro­tec­tion Pol­i­cy, which remains in place to safe­guard your information.

Earned Recog­ni­tion Pri­va­cy Notice

As part of an ongo­ing, inves­tiga­tive work­ing group, Defra will be review­ing LEAF Mar­que data to assess it’s rel­e­vance to Earned Recog­ni­tion. The inten­tion of Earned Recog­ni­tion is to enhance effi­cien­cy by recog­nis­ing cross-over between the top­ics cov­ered by assur­ance sys­tems, and top­ics of inter­est to Defra reg­u­la­tion and enforcement.
