Wellbeing

Get connected to nature and boost your own and your pupils' wellbeing. This is a hands-on programme, using a selection of creative, mindful and sensory activities, which will help you to relax and discover the benefits of getting in touch with nature.

Recent research has clearly demonstrated how beneficial time spent in nature is to both our physical and mental health.

  • This is a hands-on programme, using a selection of creative, mindful and sensory activities, that will help you to relax and discover the benefits of getting in touch with nature.
  • The activities used will be suitable for adults and children of all ages and abilities.
  • During the session we will use the 5 ways to wellbeing framework. You will experience activities that you can then use for your own wellbeing and with your pupils/students.
  • Getting connected with nature is an ideal starting point for further studies in food, farming and the natural environment.

“In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks” – John Muir
