Farmer Training
If you’re a farmer or farm educator looking to start running educational visits on your premises or want training to improve what you can offer, LEAF Education is here to help.
Knowing how to start hosting farm visits can be daunting but we’re here to help. From ensuring safety to designing the experiences, our training gives you the tools and knowledge to provide excellent educational experiences on the farm.

What we offer
Seminars & Workshops
LEAF Education runs regular seminars and workshops on a wide variety of topics from Maths on the Farm to Outdoor Learning in Secondary Schools and these are a great place to learn more about farms visits and to network with other farmers and farm educators.
CEVAS training
CEVAS involves two days’ on-site learning with your tutor where you will learn about the practicalities involved in hosting visits, how food and farming can be incorporated into the school curriculum and how to communicate effectively with both teachers and pupils.
CEVAS+
CEVAS Plus is designed for anyone who took the CEVAS qualification over 2 years ago and wishes to update their knowledge and skills in terms of educational visits to farms.
Bespoke Training
