Through lively discussion, case studies, expert insights and the opportunity to have your questions answered live, our Surgeries show how ideas can be turned into measurable, resilient outcomes. Whether you’re looking for inspiration, guidance, or fresh perspectives, these sessions explore approaches that really work on the ground and across the supply chain.

Environmental Baselining and Impact Measurement in Climate Positive Farming: 10am, 13th March

With the pace of discussion around measuring impact, baselining at both farm and national level is becoming increasingly important. This session will explore how practical, farm-level baselining can drive improvement on the ground while creating value across the supply chain.

We’re delighted to be joined by Sarah Haynes (Head of Sustainability, IGD) and Carolien Samson (Head of Sustainable Farming, Oxbury Bank), who bring deep expertise in sustainability, finance, and practical farming solutions. Together, we’ll examine what effective baselining looks like, the opportunities it creates, and how it can act as a catalyst for positive change, all while addressing the challenges and realities of implementation.
